At My Cassie's Creations, each order is handled with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made by hand, shipping times and availability may vary.

Processing & Fulfillment Time

• Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Most of our products are handmade and created once an order is placed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be crafted and prepared for shipment.

• In-Stock Items: Some products may be pre-made and available for immediate shipping. These orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.

 

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates​

• Orders under $100: Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

• Orders $100 and over: FREE standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders totaling $100 or more (before taxes and discounts).​

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size. Shipping speeds vary based on the carrier and destination but typically take 3–7 business days once shipped.

Please note that while we do our best to fulfill orders on time, unforeseen delays (such as high order volumes, weather disruptions, or carrier issues) may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
